Lovely Lamps, and Wondrous Windows!

Keeping with our gratitude theme, though I'm a bit hesitant as we've reached the time of year in which many on the internet have "jumped on the bandwagon" regarding the topic, I saw a prompt asking my favorite, physical trait.  As an American, this is not typically an area I like to discuss, especially since time and illness have started making me feel a bit more self-conscious, even in my attitude of not caring so much what others think.

However, maybe doing this will be another good thing?  Let's find out, shall we?

You Needed Me, and We're All Here

This week I'm going personal, again.  After all, even though the PB Project is focused on us all, I'm still the one writing these posts, so you're going to get to see me get a little egocentric, from time to time.

But who knows?
Maybe what falls out of my head will help/inspire/entertain you, anyway.
'Never know.

Another Year, Grateful for Another Post Accomplished

This week's quote is going to be somewhat unusual for me, my friends.  I typically do not like to give such significant placement to a quote, but as I contemplated the theme of this week's post, it sort of just came together, a step at a time, and felt right.  So, here's what you get, like it or not! ;)

Falling into The Place of Silent Music

Taking yet a different tack, this week, my friends.

I've been learning some interesting facts about mindfulness and meditation, lately.  I was skeptical, I admit - but I've tried to be open-minded, because centuries of practice by billions of people couldn't really be totally without merit, right?  So, after a class which I'd not expected to teach some mindfulness meditations, I began to test it out and see which kinds worked and how to make them work for me.
