For those of you who follow by email, this website service - Google's Blogger - will no longer be automatically sending the blog posts via email as of July 2021. I'm sharing this here so anyone who follows via email will get the message.
I've been around a while, and learned a few things along the way. I believe one should leave this world a bit more, for the moment shared with it; perhaps it's time I try.

Boundaries for Those who Feel with No Bounds
Dear empath friend:
Allow me to teach you something very important you must learn in order to survive. I had to learn it the hard way, and you probably have been learning it, too, but might not realize it.

Personal Power and Responsibility in Social Media
You know, there are times I stare at the screen, finding or thinking something I'd like to share with the people I love, but I just don't have the mental, emotional, nor physical strength and energy to deal with how social media affects people sometimes; including people I love.Monday, April 16, 2018
Pondering the Music, and the Silence
I've come to know a lot of amazing people on my crazy journey with the PB Project. Some far, more advanced in their suffering, and some just trying to get by. And of course, all kinds in-between.Sunday, March 25, 2018
From Quirks to World Peace!
Ever have those times when your internal dialogue runs in rhyme? I mean, seriously: you're going around, doing your thing, and everything you think just happens to be some form of rhyming pattern? Yes, I'm serious.
No, I'm not joking.
Yeah, I know. Whatever.

When the Light Goes Out
It's January. Time to think about something new. This is not a "new year resolution" but simply something I realized as I was going about, and thought I'd share with you.

A Little Social Emotion News, Perhaps?
It just, so happens that this coming week marks an anniversary of sorts, and this one is kind of a big deal for me, so I'm going to share something special and hope that it matters to someone else, too. I mean the thing I share here, mattering, not the anniversary. Well, you're welcome to appreciate the anniversary, too. One does not ride around the sun, on the earth, a significant number of times without learning some of them feel more significant than others, after all. But that isn't the point of this post, so take it as you like.Sunday, May 21, 2017
Over, Under, Around, and Through!
This is a post to break into, and break out of, the recent, slowed pace, here.
Might as well do that once in a while, I think; don't you?
So I guess we'll just do that, because it's about time.

A Bittersweet Break for a Day
Hello my friends. I'm just taking a moment to think out a few things, so I hope you don't mind if I take you with me? Well, I suppose if you do, you can just stop reading, and no harm done!

Positive Spins and Nudgings of Change
A couple of weeks ago I pinned an archived post to the top of the PB Facebook Community Page, again, and the experience I had while searching for it had me thinking of something which I ended up sharing along with the actual, shared link. After typing out that whole thing, I realized it would just as well work for a blog post, but I was too tired to try to make that work right then, so I decided to just copy it, paste it into a new post on the blog, wiggle around with it, and ta da! New post! Then last week happened, and I pushed it off again, and this week I'm just gonna do it! With slight apologies to those who might remember much of it. Here's how it went:

A Letter to a Grieving Friend
I had another post ready for this week, but then my feeds became inundated with grieving friends and notifications of great amounts of loss in the world, and so things changed regarding my plans for this week, and you get this, instead.

A Gnarled Bit of Wood
I have the wonderful opportunity to be able to serve as a volunteer at a local hospital, a few hours, once a week. This week, volunteering was exhausting, but always nice to get out and do it. While there, I had a couple of really interesting conversations, with some odd sorts of realizations!

Just a Little Moment of Your Lifetime!
This is one of those times when I take an opportunity to take advantage of something I shared elsewhere, recently, and use it as the foundation for a post. Because I feel like actually publishing one this week, and I think this topic is as good as any. I hope you agree!

“We Apologize for the Inconvenience.”
I've been a little lax in writing the past, few weeks, because a friend of mine came into the country for a visit, and so we've been busy. But there have been a few things I've noticed while exploring my world with them which I've noticed elsewhere at other times, but at times like these they stand out so sharply I just want to squeak! There are other posts I've made which touch on a similar vein of this topic*, so clearly this is something that I feel needs to be addressed once in a while.

I'm Grateful That's All You Have!
Okay... so I'd not exactly planned to have this blog reflect my personal journey, so much, but it appears that is where my creative powers have gone, and so I can only follow their lead. My mind is interesting, that way: it seems to want to express what it wants to express, and anything else won't get shared! So I guess you get to know me a little better!

Well, That Was Unexpected!
This was something I was going to post to those in my more personal life, elsewhere, and thought I might as well share it here, and then share this, there. I've been feeling so brain dead lately, and I wrote this whole, freakin' thing, so why not? Might as well know me for me, World! lol!So, here we go...

The Strength that is Weakness
Been a bit since I was able to post, though I've been sharing some posts from the archives on the PB Facebook Community Page. Been working on recovering from the consequences of a clash between a flu bug and a distracted immune system! But hopefully I'm back, and since I've had some interesting observations, lately, and though they do come up from time to time, I thought I'd share some insights from my own perspective.
