This is one of those times when I take an opportunity to take advantage of something I shared elsewhere, recently, and use it as the foundation for a post. Because I feel like actually publishing one this week, and I think this topic is as good as any. I hope you agree!
I've been around a while, and learned a few things along the way. I believe one should leave this world a bit more, for the moment shared with it; perhaps it's time I try.

The Non-Post Post

This is a non-post post.
Because sometimes it's just appropriate to have a non-post post, and this seems like one of those times.

Permission to Take Care

This week I've had to face a decision that I'd hoped I'd never have to make, and I've struggled with making it. Not a major one, but one that has brought some annoyance, frustration and disappointment to me. I'm sure it is the best choice, that I will be grateful I made it, and that while it isn't the first time, it probably won't be the last time I'll have to choose it. Sharing this with you is my attempt at letting you know that I really do understand the realities of life, in my own way, and that I do understand the value of making choices that can be difficult, but are the best direction to follow.

Choices, Challenges, Regrets and Creating Joy

So...today is another day. Some of the same challenges remain from yesterday, and the fact is, some will carry over into tomorrow. Some will even stay with us the rest of our lives.
This is another of the not light nor *warm-fuzzy* posts, but it is one that I feel needs to be said. Hopefully we'll be able to return to those relatively soon, though! In fact, I've not even a quote this week, but that's more because I'm tired and don't want to search for one that fits, than that there isn't one out there. Pardon my swerving from habit. ;)

Sweet Dreams, When You Get There!

I mean, being really mindful of it?
Here's some food for thought, on the matter...

It's About Time!

This past week kinda lost me for a bit...somehow. I'm not sure where I was when it flew by, but alas, it is gone, and here we are, facing a new one! So...welcome to Monday, my friends!

Up, Down, All Around...Get Me to the Ground!

"I went on a roller coaster once. You know, it was just so interesting to me that a ride could make me so frightened, so scared, so sick, so excited, and so thrilled all together! Some didn't like it. They went on the merry-go-round. That just goes around. Nothing. I like the roller coaster. You get more out of it."
